1. Rear door outside handle

Repair procedures

Replacement

Put on gloves to protect your hands.

•	Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces without marring the surface.

•	Be careful not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.

Remove the rear door outside handle cover (A) after loosening the mounting bolt.

Tightening torque :

3.9 - 5.9 N·m (0.4 - 0.6 kgf·m, 2.9 - 4.3 lb·ft)

2.	Remove the rear door outside handle (A) by sliding it rearward.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

•	Be sure to install the outside handle pad (A) between the outside handle and the door panel.

•	Make sure that the connector is connected properly.

•	Make sure that the door locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.
