Repair procedures

Replacement
1.
Using a remover, remove the hood release handle (A).

2.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
   
•
Make sure the hood latch cable is connected properly.
•
Make sure the hood locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.

    Repair procedures Replacement 1. Remove the hood weatherstrip (A).    Be careful not to damage the hood and body. 2. Install in the reverse order of removal.

    Repair procedures Removal    • Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries. • When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
