Kia Picanto (JA): Driving your vehicle / Engine start/stop button

Manual Transaxle 1. When the vehicle is stationary, depress the clutch and brake pedal at the same time. 2. With the clutch and brake pedal depressed, shift the shift lever into N (Neutral).

Whenever the front door is opened, the ENGINE START/STOP button will illuminate for your convenience. The light will go off after about 30 seconds when the door is closed.
