Kia Picanto: LCD windows / User Settings Mode (for type B cluster

On this mode, you can change setting of the doors, lamps, and so on.

WARNING

Do not adjust the User Setting while driving. You may lose your steering control and cause severe personal injury or accidents.

FCW (Forward Collision Warning) (if equipped)

• Autonomous Emergency Braking (if equipped) : If this item is checked, the AEB function will be activated.

Door

• Automatically Lock

- Disable : The auto door lock operation will be deactivated.
- Enable on Speed : All doors will be automatically locked when the vehicle speed exceeds 15 km/h (9.3 mph).

• Automatically Unlock

- Disable : The auto door unlock operation will be canceled.
- Vehicle Off : All doors will be automatically unlocked when the ignition key is removed from the ignition switch or the Engine Start/Stop button is set to the OFF position. Lights

• One Touch Turn Signal

- Off : The one touch turn signal function will be deactivated.
- 3, 5, 7 Flashes : The lane change signals will blink 3, 5, or 7 times when the turn signal lever is moved slightly.

• Head Lamp Delay

- If this item checked, the head lamp delay function will be activated.

Service interval (if equipped)

On this mode, you can activate the service interval function with mileage (km or mi.) and period (months).

• Off : The service interval function will be deactivated.
• On :You can set the service interval (mileage and months).

If it is not available to set service interval on your vehicle, have the system serviced by a professional workshop. Kia recommends to visit an authorized Kia dealer/service partner.

Other Features

• Fuel Economy Auto Reset

- Off : The average fuel economy will not reset automatically whenever refueling.
- After Ignition : The average fuel economy will reset automatically whenever it has passed 4 hours after turning OFF the engine.
- After Refueling : The average fuel economy will reset automatically when refueling.

• Fuel Economy Unit

To select the fuel economy unit. (km/L ↔ L/100 km, UK gallon ↔ US gallon)

• Temperature Unit

To select the temperature unit. (°C, °F)

You can reset the menus in the User Settings Mode. All menus in the User Settings Mode are initialized, except language and service interval.
