| Removal |
| 1. | Remove the engine room under cover.
(Refer to Engine and Transaxle Assembly - "Engine Room Under Cover")

| 2. | Drain the coolant.
(Refer to Cooling System - "Coolant")
|
| 3. | Disconnect the oil cooler coolant hoses (A).
|
| 4. | Remove the oil filter.
(Refer to Lubrication - "Engine Oil")
|
| 5. | Loosen the mounting bolt (A) and remove the oil cooler assembly (B).
|
| Installation |
| 1. | Apply a light coat of engine oil to the oil cooler packing surface (A), and then install the oil cooler with a fixing bolt (B).
|
| 2. | Apply a light coat of engine oil to the oil filter packing surface and then install the oil filter.
(Refer to Lubrication - "Engine Oil")
|
| 3. | Connect the oil cooler coolant hoses (A).
|
| 4. | Fill the radiator with coolant and check for leakage. |
Repair procedures Removal and Installation Do not disassemble the oil pump (A) from timing chain cover & oil pump assembly because it is supplied as timing chain cover & oil pump assembly & oil pump assembly.
